Privacy policy

Domino Control is a tournament and membership management system for domino clubs, operated by Carlos Uzcategui (Oviedo, Florida, United States). This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

• First name, last name and date of birth.
• Email address and mobile phone number.
• A photo of you, to identify you at the club and in the standings.
• Your competitive results: games, points and standings.
• Your membership dues and entry fees, and whether they are up to date.

You provide this data when you sign up with a club, or your club administrator enters it with your knowledge.

To run tournaments, keep the rankings, collect membership dues and communicate with you about your club's activity. Nothing else.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your number is used only to send you the club notices you agreed to receive, and so the club can reach you. Frequency varies: about 2 messages for each day your club plays, plus dues reminders if you have an outstanding balance; at most 25 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw permission at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help.

With the club you belong to, which administers your membership. Each club sees only its own members: data is never mixed between clubs.

We also use service providers that process data on our behalf and solely to operate the system: hosting and database, email delivery, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, and payment processing. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

The above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments are processed through the club's own payment gateway. Domino Control does not receive, store or see your card numbers.

For as long as you are a member of a club, and as long as needed to keep the competitive and accounting record. You can ask to leave and have your data deleted by writing to soporte@dominocontrol.com.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your messaging consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond.
